Cancellations and refunds — fastest path
You don't need to message us to cancel — one click in your account dashboard ends the subscription. Yearly subscribers keep access through the end of the paid period.
Refund requests inside the 30-day window are honored, no questions. Pick Refund request above, include the account email, and we process within a couple of business days.
What we can't help with
We can't make a specific seat appear on a specific date — that's the loyalty program's call, and award availability is the one thing AwardSnitch deliberately doesn't claim to have. We also don't book tickets, make travel arrangements, or access anyone's points accounts on their behalf.
Response times
Sal is the one-weasel band. Most messages get a reply within two to three business days. Refunds usually faster. Press and partnership pitches: when there's a free moment between curation sessions.
