The rules of the road.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AwardSnitch ("AwardSnitch," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

AwardSnitch is an informational guide to airline-loyalty programs. We surface curated estimates of how many points a given route may cost across different programs, with notes on booking quirks where known. We are not a booking engine, a travel agency, a financial advisor, or a fiduciary, and we do not reserve or ticket flights on your behalf.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use AwardSnitch. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and email access confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We use passwordless sign-in (magic link plus one-time code) and optional sign-in with Google. You may not create an account using another person's email or use the service to impersonate anyone.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or other users' accounts.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or interfere with its security features, except via the security-disclosure process described in the Privacy Policy.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract content (including award charts, route data, partnership data, and ranking results) for redistribution, training of AI / machine-learning systems, or any commercial use without our prior written permission.
• Use automated tools to send abusive traffic, attempt rate-limit evasion, or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Misrepresent the source or accuracy of information taken from the site when republishing or quoting it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the service to send spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications through any contact channel we operate.

The site, its software, its design, its text, and its curated data are owned by AwardSnitch or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Airline, hotel, credit-card, and program names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Nothing on the site grants you any license to those marks.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for your own non-commercial trip planning. All other rights are reserved.

For copyright takedown notices (DMCA), submit the required information through the contact form (pick "DMCA / copyright").

All point costs, taxes, surcharges, partner relationships, transfer ratios, and availability notes shown on AwardSnitch are estimates and may be out of date or incorrect. Loyalty programs change pricing, partners, and rules without notice. Always verify the current price and availability on the relevant airline's website (or by phone) before transferring points or booking. See our Disclaimer for details.

Nothing on AwardSnitch is financial, legal, tax, or professional travel advice. Credit-card recommendations, if any, are informational only and do not consider your personal financial situation, credit profile, or goals. You are responsible for evaluating any product before you apply for it.

AwardSnitch may earn referral commissions when you click certain links and complete an offer with a third party. This does not affect the price you pay or the rank we assign to loyalty programs for a given route. Full disclosure is in our Disclaimer.

The site may link to third-party websites (airline sites, card issuers, etc.). We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

If you submit feedback, corrections, or other content to AwardSnitch (for example through the contact form), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content to operate, improve, and promote the service. Do not send us anything you consider confidential. We may, but are not obligated to, act on any submission.

Snitchium is our paid tier. Plans, prices, included features, and billing periods are shown on the pricing page. Currently we offer a monthly plan and a yearly plan, each billed in advance in U.S. dollars and processed by Stripe.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period for another period of the same length at the then-current price, until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep Snitchium access through that date.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 30 days of any charge (monthly or yearly) and we refund every cent of that charge, no forms and no retention dance. Submit the request through the contact form (pick "Refund request"). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After the 30-day window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Price changes. We may change prices for future billing periods. Material price changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 14 days before they take effect; you can cancel before the new price applies if you don't accept it. Existing yearly subscribers are not affected mid-term.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge, pause your Snitchium access, and/or downgrade your account to the free tier until payment succeeds. Your data and preferences are preserved.

Taxes. Where applicable, prices may exclude sales tax, VAT, or other taxes, which will be added at checkout and shown on your receipt.

Free tier. The free tier remains free for the foreseeable future. Free accounts are subject to usage limits (search counts, result depth) that we may adjust over time to balance sustainability and accessibility.

As-is.

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or currency of any award chart, point cost, partner availability, or routing shown on the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwardSnitch and anyone working on it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, points, miles, revenue, savings, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid AwardSnitch in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AwardSnitch and its operators from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

You can close your account at any time from the account dashboard. Closing the account ends any active Snitchium subscription at the end of the current paid period.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where the change is significant, communicated by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under the law of your home country.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and AwardSnitch regarding the site, and they supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
