Points expiration
Bilt: Bilt Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity. Any earn or redeem resets the clock.

Step by step
- 1Open the Bilt app and tap TravelSign in to the Bilt app (or biltrewards.com). In the top navigation, tap the Travel tab — the airplane icon.
- 2Switch to Transfer and tap Link & transferOn the Travel screen, switch from "Book" to "Transfer". A "Transfer to travel programs" card pops up — tap Link & transfer.
- 3Pick Qantas FF from the partner gridScroll the partner tiles to Qantas FF — the ratio is 1:1 — and tap Transfer on its tile. If this is your first transfer to Qantas FF, you'll be prompted to link your account by entering your member number and the name on your Qantas FF profile.
- 4Enter the amount and tap Transfer pointsType how many Bilt Points to move (1,000-point minimum, 1,000-point increments). Confirm the linked Qantas FF account is correct, then tap Transfer points. Bilt transfers usually post within minutes — but always confirm award availability on Qantas FF.com first because transfers are final.
