Step by step
- 1Log in to American ExpressGo to americanexpress.com and click Log In in the top right.
- 2Navigate to Transfer Points → View AllUnder Membership Rewards, find the Transfer Points tile and click View All to see every partner.
- 3Pick ANA Mileage Club from the partner listScroll the airline partners and click ANA Mileage Club. The ratio shown should be 1:1.
- 4Link your ANA Mileage Club accountEnter the name on your ANA Mileage Club account exactly as it appears there, plus your card ID, security code, and ANA Mileage Club member number. Click Link Account.
- 5Confirm the account is linkedAmex shows a confirmation page with your ANA Mileage Club number. Click Continue to Transfer Points.
- 6Open your linked ANA Mileage Club card and click Transfer PointsOn the Transfer Points screen you should now see ANA Mileage Club as a linked program. Click Transfer Points on its card.
- 7Enter the amount and confirmType the number of Membership Rewards points to transfer (1,000-point increments). Tick the terms box and click Confirm & Transfer Points. Transfers to ANA Mileage Club usually post instantly — but always confirm award availability on ANA Mileage Club.com first.
